NoSmoke for Palm (TM)

NoSmoke is an automated tool to greatly increase your chances of success when you quit smoking. If you've tried (and failed) to quit smoking, this may be just the thing to help you succeed this time. Research has proven1 that people quitting by gradually reducing their smoking can double their chances using an automated system to accurately time the interval between smokes.

NoSmoke will first (if you want) accurately record how much you smoke and when you start and stop, allowing it to recognize the fact that people often smoke different amounts on different days of the week. This part is called the Recorder. When NoSmoke has collected a week of data (or before, if you don't want to wait) it is ready to gently help you reduce your smoking, to the point where you can quit altogether with the minimum of difficulty. NoSmoke slowly reduces the number of times you smoke per day (increasing the interval between smoking).
Its main screen shows you clearly when you can next smoke, what the target limit is for today, etc. If desired, NoSmoke will set an alarm to remind you that your next smoke is available. A Progress screen can show how you are doing, comparing Target to Actual smokes and your old pattern.

The download version of NoSmoke is a fully functional but time-limited version. It will let you use the Recorder for as long as required. Once you start the Quitting phase, the system will work for five days. After that, you are required to buy a Registration Key to continue using it.
